Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Depending on the size and destination of your order, we utilize the following shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, and Amazon Logistics. Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery.
Shipping Address and Contact Information
Complete address and contact information is required to ensure successful delivery. We do not deliver to addresses of P.O. Box, AFO (Army Post Office) & FBO (Fleet Post Office).
Order Process Leadtime
Once we receive your order and the payment, we will ship out the package within 2 business days. Delivery leadtime vary depends on the shipping destination and the shipping options. Before confirming your order, we strongly advise you check that your shipping address, phone number and email are complete and correct. The phone number or email may be used by the courier to contact you in case the packages encounter any delivery problems.
Track your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number and the courier’s website. You can track the delivery status at the courier’s website with the provided tracking number. You can also find the tracking number on the Order History under your Account.
Duties, Taxes and VAT
All shipments may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT). Intimate Portal does not collect your duties, taxes and VAT during checkout. . The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and responsible for the payment of any import fees.
It is important for you to become familiar with customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products and quantities you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are required. If customs confiscates any restricted item(s) from your order, we will be unable to refund you for the item(s).
If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
Before placing orders, please ensure the shipping address, phone number and email are complete and correct. The phone number or email may be used by the courier to contact you. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address or refusal of paying custom duty, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us by the courier.
When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. Severe weather conditions in both shipping, transmitting and receiving destinations may also result delay in delivery service. Please understand this is beyond our control.
